The twin/double room with a king-sized bed and facilities were perfect for our needs.

Had very good stay in the Winter with excellent staff and magnificent location to the other side of the street which was pointless because there you need to pay from 8 in the morning by sms message to the council. We liked their gorgeous and great breakfast with cheeses and fried/scrambled eggs and juices. Location: the hotel was short walk to all public areas and in the rooms as well as the centre of Bansko. The place was very close to Mehana Gasoka, where you can have dinner.

The service was very good. the pool was clean. - the breakfast with fried/scrambled eggs and all offered food was nice and lovely, had so much to choose from. - the location was magnificent in a quiet area, opposite a gondola station.

Very good location of the hotel center. Shuttle to ski center. Rooms are as good as they are described on Booked.net in pictures. The meal is worth the monney and tests good. Same food bought in Bansko would cost at least double.

The staff does not speek english so well but you can understand each other with a bit of effort. The receptionist knows english fine.

Great location just across city park, near centre, medical and pharmacy facilities, which is ideal for families with small children. Plenty of activities for those who don't ski. Tavern has authentic local atmosphere. Shuttle bus works perfectly.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, right in the center of town. The service we received at the reception was excellent, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the housekeeping staff did a great job in cleaning them every day. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which was a great way to relax after a long day of activities. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Smoking in lobby area. The air was too bad and once you stayed a few minutes, your clothes and hair caught a terrible smell.

Very very very small fitness center - gym. Poor buffet for a 4* hotel.

The location is perfect! Not too close to the busy areas, but still a 2 min. walk from the main street of the city. the city garden is literally across the street from the hotel.

Exceptional spa experience with a soothing pool, relaxing sauna, and invigorating steam bath. The massage I received was top-notch and reasonably priced. Central location and great value for money. Despite a few minor issues mentioned by other guests, my stay at Gardenia Park Hotel was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
